• Flow with the beat: Feel the rhythm and flow with the beat: Together with Selma Kornmüller from Salt Yoga Vienna, we invite you to an open Vinyasa session outdoors (Wednesday, 13 August 2025, 4:30–5:30 p.m.) – accompanied by happy house sounds and a great atmosphere. The class combines music, movement and breathing into a flow that will strengthen you and is guaranteed to put a smile on your face. Please bring a mat or towel for the class.
• Beat. Breathe. Balance. – Triple B: Strengthening Pilates exercises meet slow electro beats to provide new energy and focus. Ideal for anyone who wants to rebalance their body and mind. Thursday, 14 August 2025, 4:30–5:30 p.m.
• Afrodance Workshop: Can you feel the beat? The Gold Caviar Crew will really get you going at Frequency this year. Dance to the sounds of the music and lose yourself in the rhythm. Friday, 15 August 2025, 5:30–6:30 p.m.

 

Ö3 Silent Disco

The camping party hotspot is of course the Ö3 Silent Disco again this year! Every evening until 04:00 in the morning, 2 DJs will be battling it out for you and your dance moves!

Experience Nordic Spirit live and up close for the first time at Frequency! Right in the middle of the main area, the fresh Spirit Stage hosted by 2:tages:bart awaits you! During the day, we have exciting games, nice goodies, and glitter makeup in store for you. And when the sun goes down, the party really gets started: our DJ crew will be heating things up with party until late into the night.
