Glamping
Normal camping is not your thing? At the Frequeny festival you can book a “Glamping” (=glamour camping) option as well! You can choose between:
- FIVER tent (Tent for up to 5 people)
- FreQmansion (Wooden hut for up to 4 people)
Attention: Festival tickets are not included in these options. They are only valid in combination with festival passes or VIP festival passes. You need one ticket per hut/tent.
FIVER INFO
The FIVER tents include:
- for up to 5 people
- Including air mattresses with bedsheets and pillows
- Small table
- LED light
FREQMANSION INFO
The FreQmansion ticket includes:
- Wooden hut for up to 4 people
- Two bunk beds and mattresses with sheets
- A power socket (300W)
- Light
- Padlock

IGE collects deposits for the cabin and any items rented with it, which are debited via the cashless system. The deposits are returned to the guest who rents the cabin and any items rented with it (= IGE’s contractual partner) – the deposit is refunded on condition that the rented items are returned in proper condition. The deposit must be paid no later than at check-out. If the items are not returned in proper condition, the deposit will not be refunded.
Any costs exceeding the amount covered by the deposit due to damage to the rented cabin or for lost (missing) rented items must be reimbursed by the guest (this will be done against invoicing by the IGE’s internal accounting department after the festival).
Padlocks:
The IGE will provide the guest (= contractual partner of the IGE) with a padlock upon check-in in exchange for a deposit of EUR 20.00. The padlock is used to lock the cabin and can be opened with a combination of numbers. Without exception, the cabin may only be locked with this padlock. The combination may not be changed. The deposit for the padlock is also debited via the cashless system. The deposit will only be refunded when the guest checks out on condition that the padlock is in perfect condition, hanging open on the cabin or handed over to the IGE reception staff. In the event of damage (cannot be turned or locked properly or cannot be opened with the combination) or loss of the padlock (even if it is not hanging on the cabin in perfect condition when the guest checks out), the deposit will not be refunded.
If the padlock is lost or damaged during the event, the guest will receive another padlock for an additional deposit of EUR 20.00. The deposit for the lost or damaged lock will be forfeited and will not be refunded to the guest.
Deposits will be refunded at check-out via credits on the cashless system. A later refund (after check-out) is not possible under any circumstances.
