About
With roots in Romania and Hungary, Abor & Tynna bring their wildly sparkling sound to the world from Vienna and produce most of their tracks in Berlin. Between clubby basslines, modern electro, and cheeky disco pop, the sibling duo moves effortlessly through the musical coordinates of Gen Z—energetic, direct, and instantly catchy.
Last year, Abor & Tynna caused a sensation across Europe with their ESC single “Baller.” The song went far beyond the competition to become one of the most successful German ESC titles in recent years: #3 on the German and Austrian singles charts, #1 in Latvia and Lithuania, over 60 million streams worldwide, and a steadily growing international fan base speak for themselves. Since the ESC, the duo's career has developed rapidly: hundreds of thousands of new followers on social media and millions of monthly listeners on streaming platforms.
With straightforward lyrics and their antidote of cool electro and naughty disco pop, the siblings take a bold approach to the algorithm that besieges Gen Z from all sides and ask questions that no one else dares to ask. “We see that many people feel lost – music gives us the opportunity to change our perspective: What lies behind what is left unsaid? What do we all really want and where does the pressure come from?”
They always felt a little different, because their home life was a little more traditional than others and a touch stricter. They had to be home earlier in the evening and their cell phones weren't always available—but they did have traditional instruments. What teenagers don't always find great is what defines Abor & Tynna today: their self-esteem comes from a more reliable source than pure external appearance and allows them the freedom they take for their music. “We celebrate what inspires us at the moment. When the vibes are right, we throw everything out the window in the studio because we'd rather not ignore a good feeling than stick to some theory.”
Live performances clearly demonstrate why the duo is currently one of the most exciting pop acts in the German-speaking world: powerful beats, immediate energy, and songs that oscillate between euphoria, melancholy, and club moments. In 2025, Abor & Tynna finally embarked on their first major “Bittersüß” headlining tour through Europe. Several dates were moved up due to high demand, Berlin sold out months in advance and received an additional show.
