Nick van de Wall aka Afrojack machte seinen Start in seiner Heimatstadt Spijkenisse und konnte sich mit einigen Underground-Releases schnell einen Namen machen. 2011 sprengte er mit "Take Over Control" die Musikszene und schaffte damit einen weltweiten Club- und Charthit. In den US erreichte der Hit Platinum Status. Kurz darauf gründete Afrojack sein eigenes Label unter dem Namen "Wall Recordings" und schuf damit eine Plattform für passionierte EDM Künstler/innen.
