What are the advantages of the cashless system? No waiting times at the top-up stations on site. Simply top up money in your personal account in advance. As soon as you arrive at the festival entrance and receive your wristband, your topped up credit is available to you! Of course, you can request the refund of your unspent credit after the festival. What are the payment options? Accepted are Paypal (will be available closer to the festival), VISA, Mastercard, Maestro, Maestro debit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay.Cashless registration for FREQUENCY 2026 will only be possible again closer to the festival!
The personal account is your most important tool for the festival. Here you can link your ticket and register it in your name, create a cashless account in advance and top it up online before the festival.
